1. Respect for intellectual property
MOVGIX respects copyright and expects users to do the same. We may remove or restrict access to material after receiving a valid notice and may provide a copy of a notice to the affected user or a transparency service where lawful.
2. Copyright removal notice
A copyright owner or authorized agent who believes material on MOVGIX infringes a copyrighted work should send a written notice containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
- Identification and exact MOVGIX URL of the material to be removed.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send the complete notice to contact@movgix.com. Incomplete notices may delay review.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:
- Identification of the removed material and its former location.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable DMCA law and to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may forward the counter-notice to the claimant. Material may be restored after the legally applicable waiting period unless the claimant informs us that court action has been filed.
4. Repeat infringement
In appropriate circumstances, MOVGIX may terminate accounts of repeat infringers and may restrict users who repeatedly submit infringing material.
5. Accuracy and misuse
Copyright exceptions—including fair use—may apply. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may result in liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
